三年制基础英语课程标准
一、课程性质与任务
基础英语是三年制中等职业教育的一个有机组成部分,是三年制学生的一门必修的基础课程。本课程为学生提供多种职业场景,将语言教学和职场任务相结合,将典型场景与通用能力相结合,注重培养学生职场所需的语言应用能力,帮助学生跨行业应对职场交际、适应职业需求。本课程适用面广,既适合服务类专业的学生,又适合生产制造类专业的学生,能为他们在校学习专业英语和就业后掌握岗位英语打下良好的基础。在完成本课程基础阶段学习后,学生应全面掌握基础词汇和基本语法,并具有较强的英语综合应用能力,从而为以后的专业英语学习打下坚实基础,实现本课程提高基础阶段英语水平的目标。
二、课程教学目标
作为我校三年制中专的一门必修基础课程,本课程教学的目标是:以素质教育为本,全面培养学生的英语综合应用能力,使学生具有较强的阅读能力和听说、写译能力,尤其是听说能力,增强学生跨文化交际意识,帮助他们掌握基本的跨文化交际知识及技能,使其在毕业后的社会交往和工作、学习和研究中能够用英语有效地进行口头和书面的跨文化交流。同时,使学生掌握良好的自主学习的方法,提高综合文化和人文素养,以适应将来各方面发展的需求。
通过本课程的学习,学生应该达到下列要求:
1.知识目标
1)掌握相关日常生活和职业场景交际的基础知识;
2)认知2700个英语单词(包括入学时要求掌握的2100个单词)以及由这些词构成的常用词组,并具有按照基本构词法识别生词的能力。对其中2100个左右的基础词汇能正确拼写,并能正确使用。
3)掌握基本的英语语法规则,在听、说、读、写、译中能正确运用所学语法知识。
2.能力目标
1) 培养听力理解能力:能听懂英语授课,能听懂日常英语谈话和一般性题材的讲座,能听懂语速较慢(每分钟130 -150词)的英语广播和电视节目,能掌握其中心大意,抓住要点。能运用基本的听力技巧。
2) 培养口语表达能力:能在学习过程中用英语交流,并能就某一主题进行讨论,能就日常话题用英语进行交谈,能经准备后就所熟悉的话题作简短发言,表达比较清楚,语音、语调基本正确。能在交谈中使用基本的会话策略。
3)培养阅读理解能力:能基本读懂一般性题材的英文文章,阅读速度达到每分钟70词。在快速阅读篇幅较长、难度略低的材料时,阅读速度达到每分钟100词。能就阅读材料进行略读和寻读。能借助词典阅读本专业的英语教材和题材熟悉的英文报刊文章,掌握中心大意,理解主要事实和有关细节。能读懂工作、生活中常见的应用文体的材料。能在阅读中使用有效的阅读方法。
4) 培养书面表达能力:能完成一般性写作任务,能描述个人经历、观感、情感和发生的事件等,能写常见的应用文,能在半小时内就一般性话题或提纲写出不少于120词的短文,内容基本完整,中心思想明确,用词恰当,语意连贯。能掌握基本的写作技能。
5)培养翻译能力:能借助词典对题材熟悉的文章进行英汉互译,英汉译速为每小时约300个英语单词,汉英译速为每小时约250个汉字。译文基本准确,无重大的理解和语言表达错误。
6)培养学生的自学能力。如使用英语词典的技能,并使学生养成在学习中善于独立思考的能力。
3.素质目标
通过关注学生的情感,使学生在英语学习的过程中提高独立思考和判断的能力,发展与人沟通和合作,增进跨文化理解和跨文化交际的能力,树立正确的人生观,世界观和价值观,增强社会责任感,并培养学生良好的学习习惯,使学生形成勇于克服困难的品格。。

五、教学建议
1.教学方法
由于基础英语面向的是初中毕业生,英语水平整体较低,基本词汇量和基本语法的掌握仍不够全面,所以在阅读教学上主要采用讲授法,在讲授法的基础上会适当使用启发法和提问法,以使学生在听懂理解的基础上能积极思考,积极参与,融入到英语课堂教学中来,增强学习英语的信心和兴趣。此外在听力、练习处理和口语与写作教学环节中有针对性的相应采用多媒体教学法、任务教学法和交际教学法,从而达到听、说、读、写各个方面能力的全面提高。
2.评价方法
课程考核采用平时成绩,期中考试与该课程期末考试相结合的办法,各占一定的比例:
总评成绩=日常考核30%+期中测试30%+期末考试40%
其中日常考核包括课堂出勤,课堂提问,作业上交以及阶段测试等情况;期末考试采用书面闭卷考试方式。
3.教学条件
多媒体教室,拥有必备的英文字典,英文音像视频等资料,以备教学之需。
